Limited Submissions
Granting agencies may impose a limit on the number of proposals submitted to a funding opportunity by an institution. In these cases, the Office of Research and Innovation (VCRI) is responsible for the campus competition. Selection may be made through a preliminary proposal competition (for details, see: http://provost.uark.edu/policies/153510.php). This webpage contains an overview of the external limited submission programs (NIH, NSF, foundation and association) programs currently requiring an internal selection process, as well as a calendar of limited programs offered throughout the year. NOTICE: Investigators should notify the Office of Research & Innovation at the earliest possible moment when planning a limited submission proposal. In general, the on campus selection competition will close at least 30 days before the agency’s submission deadline.
